Variations and rules of Checkers or Draughts: online multiplayer and offline mode
There are many ways to play Checkers (Draughts). Each has different customs and usually prefers to play exactly as it used to in the past, so decide on your favorite rules for this game:

American Checkers 🇺🇸 or English Draughts 🇬🇧 Capturing is mandatory, but pieces cannot capture backward. The king can move only one square and can move and capture backward.

International Draughts: Capturing is mandatory, and all pieces can capture backward. The queen (king) has long moves, meaning that if the square is not blocked, the queen can move any distance diagonally.

Spanish Checkers: Known as Spanish Draughts, based on international rules, but pieces cannot capture backward.

Turkish Checkers: Also known as Turkish Draughts. Dark squares, as well as the light squares of the checkerboard, are used. Pieces start on the second and third rows of the game board; they move forward and sideways. The way kings (queens) move is similar to chess queens.
