Fixed Bluetooth automatic adjustment incorrectly

Note: If your adjustment before 1.0.0 while using Bluetooth was -150, it will now be 50 (+200). We now add this extra -200 calibration when you use Bluetooth devices because on average that is within 50-100ms of correct, and some give additional room to play if you have significant latency.
